I am on a diet since a month ago. I success to keep my wight, I sometimes overeat. I always suffer from overeating, so recently I drink green tea and water a lot, maybe more than 2 liters a day. I like Ayataka the best, I recommend everyone. But yesterday, I read a picture; it shows green tea is involved fat. I was shock, if this is true. From today, I will drink oolong. Actually, I don't like oolong.
